I worked for this man and he is as bad as everyone says. I didnt sign his ” i won’t tell on you” paper and he threatened not to give me a good reference – I already had a reference from this place of business so it did not effect me. But he paid me almost 2 months late and my friend has been waiting for his last 2 paychecks for almost 2 years. Went to the labour board and everything.
He does not care about human rights or treating your employees with respect. He is a narcissist and only cares about himself. I worked my ass off in the short time I was there, always had a smile on my face, went above and beyond for customers and often stayed closing the store til almost midnight. ( 11hrs or so with only 1 30 min break).
Yet he still had the audacity to tell me to work faster… thats going to kill anyone’s spirit and its literally the reason everyone hates him. He let’s the slow ones be slow and pushes the good workers harder.. he’s a complete ass.
